At IGI General Insurance, we consider the claim to be our end product and endeavor to provide easy and timely service to our clients. Adhering to the following procedure will assist in a swift and equitable settlement of the claim.
Report any loss or damage under the policy without delay. Keep your policy or certificate handy and provide the required details.
The company may appoint an SECP-certified loss adjuster to inspect and adjust the loss.
Submit all required documents, fill out the claim form, and cooperate with the adjuster for any additional information.
Once the surveyor assesses the loss, they will settle the claim upon agreement via an acceptance letter.
Payment is made through a cross cheque or online transfer to the insured or jointly with a lending agency.
