Nuzhat Ul Zahra

Miss Nuzhat Ul Zahra is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, specializing in business development, credit risk management, SME financing, and strategic financial planning. She began her career at Muslim Commercial Bank in 2002 and went on to serve in key roles at Bank Alfalah, Trade Division of Foreign Trade Department, Faysal Bank Limited, and Habib Bank Limited. Rising through the ranks, she held senior leadership positions including Regional Senior Manager (RVP) and Senior Vice President (SVP), where she successfully managed multi-billion-rupee SME and commercial portfolios, implemented effective risk mitigation strategies, and led diverse teams of professionals. In addition to her corporate career, Miss Zahra has also pursued entrepreneurial ventures, successfully managing Zahra Homes and Ali Awab & Co., where she demonstrated her ability to combine innovation with strong financial discipline. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. She has also completed specialized training and certification programs in advanced credit analysis, SME financing, and risk management from leading institutions. As an Independent Director on the Board of The Pakistan General Insurance Company Limited, Miss Zahra brings with her a wealth of financial expertise, leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.
